This notice describes the Privacy and Data Policy for the Safe Drive Systems website on www.safedrivetore.com (the “Website”) operated by LD Israel Auto Equipment 1990 Ltd, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Israel (referred to herein as “SDS”, “we” or “us”), which provide vehicle safety products the Safe Drive Systems brand.  By visiting the Site, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy and Data Policy which are a part of the Terms of Use of the Site, and which are posted to the Website and linked through the App. This Privacy and Data Policy supersedes and replaces all privacy and data policies for the Site existing before the Effective Date.

Safe Drive Systems recognizes and respects the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by it users. Safe Drive Systems controls and processes information about its users.
